With over 600 years of tradition, the fourth generation of the Mathier family has been cultivating 45 hectares of vines since 2001.
The special character of the Adrian & Diego Mathier Nouveau Salquenen winery is reflected in its many awards and in its restaurant "Le Barrique", where you can sample a fine range of local Valais products and wines from the winery.
