On sale since 11 December 2023, the Municipal Saver Day Pass is a limited offer that you can obtain from the municipalities and towns in Switzerland. The earlier you book, the more you save on travel.

Dynamic fares: The fares shown above represent the basic fares set by SBB. These fares may vary dynamically according to certain periods, such as school vacations, public holidays, etc.
On sale: From six months in advance to the day before the date of travel.
Payment
At the counter: In cash (CHF), with the TWINT app or by credit card directly at the Tourist Information counter when collecting the pass.
Online purchase not possible.
Purchase conditions
Anyone may purchase the day pass.
It can only be purchased at the counter in the Sierre Tourist Information office. Prebooking is not possible.
The first name, last name and date of birth of the traveller must be specified at the time of purchase along with whether the person has a Half Fare Travelcard.

Refund options
Refunds are only possible in the following exceptional cases and up to one day before travel subject to a fee of 10 CHF:
If you purchase the same Municipal Saver Day Pass multiple times by accident. (The Municipal Saver Day Passes must be shown)
If the Municipal Saver Day Pass is purchased for the wrong customer group (e.g., with a Half Fare Travelcard instead of full fare). (The Municipal Saver Day Pass and the Half Fare Travelcard (if applicable) must be shown)
If you are unable to travel (illness, accident). (A valid certificate of incapacity to travel signed by a doctor must be shown)
If the traveller should pass away. (A death certificate must be shown)
If you subsequently purchase personal travelcards (e.g., GA Travelcard). (No fee applies)
Notes
The Municipal Saver Day Passes are not available for children up to 16 and dogs. Other offers for children and dogs allow them to travel cheaper.
