Founded in 1974 by Michel Jacquod, the Cave de Goubing is a family affair, with Olivier joining his father in 1999 after studying oenology.
As well as the friendly owners, the vaulted carnotzet is the jewel in the crown of the Goubing cellar. Barrels and dry stone walls give the place a warm atmosphere, ideal for wine tasting.
