Cave des Champs

Founded in 1986 by Claudy Clavien, the winery currently cultivates ~6 hectares of vines, ideally located on the slopes of Sierre and Miège.

Without compromise, the Cave des Champs - Claudy Clavien focuses on the balance of the vine stock, in order to obtain the lowest possible yields, without excessive vigour, so as to optimise the concentration of the grapes.

A lover of textured, subtle wines, the Cave des Champs - Claudy Clavien is a wine craftsman who works with very high quality, fine-grained barrels adapted to each grape variety, allowing the wine to become surprisingly complex and age slowly and promisingly.
