Founded in 1959 by Alex Roten and taken over in 1989 by his son Raphaël, the Caves du Paradis is currently managed by Olivier Roten, 3rd in line.
Always on the lookout for something new, the Cave du Paradis offers a number of specialities, including its 'Larix', a white blend with hints of resin matured in larch barrels.
