Founded in 1940 by Marcel and Berchtold Cina, Cave la Chapelle is currently managed by Amédée Cina.
A keen mountaineer, Amédée Cina makes a special cuvée, the "Grande Cuvée Rouge", part of the profits from which are donated to the Lukla Hospital in Nepal. His vines overlook the village's iconic chapel.
