Founded in 1993 by Jean-Yves and Madeleine Mabillard-Fuchs, the Mabillard-Fuchs winery produces 15 different wines from 3.5 hectares of vines grown entirely according to integrated production methods.
Respect for the typicity of the grape variety and the study of the specificity of the terroir are key methods at the Mabillard-Fuchs winery, which are evident in the tasting of each vintage.
