Cave Nouvelle Sève

It has been in operation since 1995 and is run by Pierre-José Tschopp, whose speciality is the red blend "La Cuvée du Patron", which can be tasted during a visit to the cellar on request.

For over 25 years, their company has successfully managed an estate of around 3 hectares in the Sierre region. Over the years, they have made major investments to modernise several plots, making them accessible to mechanisation. In addition, they have undertaken to plant new grape varieties to broaden the diversity of their products and enrich their existing range.
