Turning water into wine

Guided walk in French along the Bisse Neuf on the irrigation of vines by the bisses with Gaëtan Morard, director and curator of the Musée valaisan des Bisses and Sandrine Caloz, winegrower in Miège.

To make wine, you need water... But where does this water come from and how is it brought to the vineyards? From the creation of the bisses to the current and future challenges of vineyard irrigation and how the bisses work, we invite you to discover a whole journey along the water.
