Valais Wine Tavolata - BioValais

A very long table stretches out in the heart of the vineyards or in an unusual location, bringing together guests of all ages to enjoy a meal. The Tavolata des Vins du Valais has its own tempo, its regulars, its visiting gourmets, its delights and its mischief.

The meals will be prepared using produce from various organic farms in the Valais. The wines will be chosen from various organic cellars in the canton to ensure a harmonious match between food and wine.

PROGRAMME
1st Organic Tavolata in the magnificent setting of the Château de Venthône.
The finest organic produce from our canton will be prepared with talent by Manon and her team: Manon Traiteur.
- A selection of wines from various organic Valais wine cellars will add harmony to the meal.
- These food and wine pairings will be enjoyed with an aperitif followed by three courses, cheese and dessert. Vegetarians will not be forgotten.
- You'll be able to discover all the diversity of local organic farming.
- The producers will be on hand to showcase their work.
- Musical entertainment with Sylvie Bourban

A convivial moment of sharing between farmers and consumers that will delight both taste buds and hearts.
