We met Miguel and Juan in the heart of Sierre, the City of the Sun, on Avenue Général-Guisan. In 2020, these two Spanish brothers took on the challenge of running the iconic Hotel Casino.
They were charmed by the friendly, family atmosphere of the town and therefore decided to make this atmosphere the trademark of their establishment, which has 30 spacious, bright and recently renovated rooms.
Miguel and Juan welcome guests to the hotel’s restaurant with the characteristic warmth of the south of Europe, and the restaurant serves local and Mediterranean cuisine to match. The restaurant’s terrace is a wonderful place to meet and share with others, giving you the opportunity to taste delicious wines from the Valais vineyards in a friendly atmosphere... while enjoying the Sierre sun!
The location. Hotel Casino is located on the main street and close to the train station, so it will appeal both to city types who want to take full advantage of the city’s shops and entertainment, and to travellers in search of nature, who will be able to easily get to the most beautiful mountain resorts thanks to the proximity to public transport.
