The main dining room, elegantly decorated in the purest Valaisan tradition, offers a convivial space in which to savour the most renowned local specialities, and can accommodate up to 65 guests.
The menu features a selection of cheese dishes highlighting the famous raclette with 5 raw milk cheeses, exquisite fondues and dried meats from alpine pigs, as well as other savoury Valais specialities. The chef also offers a seasonal menu bursting with fresh, authentic and tasty produce.
