Founded in 1928 by Albert Mathier, this 3rd generation family-run winery is the pioneer of Dôle de Salgesch and cultivates 30 hectares of vines, totalling over 300,000 vines.
Their specialities are their Pinot Noir "Rhoneblut" and their wine made in amphora, in other words a wine made using oxidative vinification.
