Founded in 1960 by Fernand Caloz, this family-run winery, which has been run by 3 generations, currently cultivates ~6 hectares of vines in the Coteaux de Sierre area.
Their specific approach is to produce 'organic' wines, with the unusual example of using sheep to look after certain plots of vines instead of chemicals.
This 'organic' approach is also reflected in the quality of the wines on offer.
