Colline de Daval

After producing grapes for a cooperative for many years, Colline de Daval began marketing its wines in 1987, under the aegis of Henri Evéquoz. It has been managed by Monique and Bertrand Caloz since 1987.

The Colline de Daval winery is an example of diversity. With a castel and 5 rooms named after local grape varieties, wine tastings (particularly in the barrel cellar) and seasonal local produce (asparagus, strawberries, apricots, etc.), the Colline de Daval winery has something for everyone.
