Founded in 1942 by Alfred Bonvin, then taken over by the family in 1962, the winery changed its name to "Cordonier & Lamon SA" in 1987.
Martine and Jacques took over from their father Arthur Cordonier in 2007. In 2011, they will inaugurate the new building, which includes a tasting room.
The company has decided to innovate by introducing a number of prestige ranges, including 'Patricien' (the main range), 'Mià follià' (over-ripe) and 'Triumvirat' (blends).
Barrel ageing is also used for some of the red wines.
