the Cave du Chevalier Bayard is unique in that it works in harmony with nature and respects the environment. Founded in 1975 by Jeremias and Oktavia Bayard, the winery is now run by the 3rd generation, Joël Bayard.
The legend of the Chevalier Bayard permeates the entire winery. The dry-stone carnotzet with its medieval decorations is the most concrete example. The exhibitions that follow one another over the months only add to the atmosphere of a medieval tavern.
