Founded in 1985 by Lucie Heymoz, it was taken over by her son in 1999. Keen to produce quality wines, he follows new trends in grape varieties, adapts to new techniques and seeks harmony with nature.
One of the special features of the Les Sentes winery is the vinification of the oldest grape variety mentioned in the Valais: Rèze, which you can discover during a tasting in its authentic carnotzet.
