Cave du Cholèk

For 4 generations, the traditions of the Anniviers region have been passed down and are still alive today.

Founded in 1930 by Oscar Zufferey, the winery is now run by Olivier Zufferey and his daughter Katia, the latest addition to the family. It's in their rustic carnotzet that you'll discover their Muscat, the cellar's famous wine, accompanied by cheese rebibes, all to the tune of an accordion (if they feel like it!).

A taste for discovering the Valais region and its traditions is a real invitation to push open the doors of this typical cellar.
