Crossfit HAWO

The HAWO Crossfit box offers several activities under the watchful eye of their coaches.

You can become a member of HAWO at any time, whatever your level, age or motivation. From the moment you walk through their doors, they'll make sure you get real personalised advice and that you can train in the way that suits you (in a group or out of sight, 1-1 with a coach).
Your adventure with them begins with a NO SWEAT INTRO (30min), which allows them to get to know you, discuss your goals and define a plan that suits you.
