Valais Wine Tavolata - Domaine Constantin

A very long table stretches out in the heart of the vineyards or in an unusual location, bringing together guests of all ages to enjoy a meal. The Tavolata des Vins du Valais has its own tempo, its regulars, its visiting gourmets, its delights and its mischief.

Meet at 11am at Salquenen station for a short walk along the Green Lizard Trail through the vineyards of Salquenen to the Domaine Constantin.

"Tavolata" literally means "round table" in Italian. We get together with family and friends around a table in the vineyards. Simple, unifying and festive - the Tavolata principle appeals to everyone and is very popular in the Valais.
